How we operate
Orders are contracted and collected by AUREASIA HK BRANDS LIMITED. Product sourcing, preparation, inspection, shipment coordination and pickup are handled through our operations in Jinjiang, Fujian, China.
Wholesale fulfilment
Approved buyers order by full carton. Orders can be shipped from Jinjiang or collected free of charge from our Jinjiang operations address, subject to confirmed order terms and availability.
Outdoor footwear wholesale and product development
12Shoes supports international footwear businesses through three commercial routes: ready-stock outdoor footwear wholesale, OEM projects based on a buyer's existing design or specification, and ODM product development for buyers that need help turning a market direction into a footwear product.
Our product-development team
12Shoes has its own outdoor-footwear product-development team in China. The team coordinates product direction, material and colour selection, outsole matching, sampling and production preparation for current collections and customer projects.
Manufacturing partner network
12Shoes works with a core network of 11 footwear manufacturing partners, in addition to smaller specialist partners used when appropriate. Projects are matched to relevant production resources according to the category, construction and commercial requirement; 12Shoes does not present every product as coming from one owned factory.
Sampling routes
Custom OEM/ODM sample development normally costs USD 1,000 and takes approximately 30 days. A private-label sample based on an existing 12Shoes product direction normally costs USD 700 and takes approximately 25 days. The corresponding sample fee can be credited against settlement of the confirmed bulk order for that project.
Inspection and fulfilment coordination
Buyers or their appointed representatives may inspect goods before shipment. Product preparation, inspection coordination, international shipment or confirmed pickup is handled through the Jinjiang operations team according to the agreed order terms.
