Current styles are shown in the live catalog. Availability, colours, declared functions, carton pack and fixed size ratio are confirmed from the individual product record and sales confirmation. A listed style is not treated as permanently available, and an outdoor-looking shoe is not described as waterproof unless the product record explicitly supports that claim.

Wholesale carton ordering

The minimum order is one full carton per SKU. Each SKU uses its own fixed size ratio and is packed as either 12 or 15 pairs according to the current product record. Buyers order full cartons rather than selecting individual sizes.

OEM and ODM hiking footwear

OEM is suitable when the buyer provides a design, reference sample or defined specification. ODM is suitable when the buyer needs support developing a product direction for a target market. 12Shoes has its own outdoor-footwear product-development team and coordinates projects with a core network of 11 manufacturing partners, plus smaller specialist partners when appropriate.

Sampling and project confirmation

Custom OEM/ODM sample development normally costs USD 1,000 and takes approximately 30 days. A private-label sample based on an existing 12Shoes product direction normally costs USD 700 and takes approximately 25 days. The corresponding sample fee can be credited against settlement of the confirmed bulk order for that project.

Shipment and pre-shipment inspection

Confirmed products are prepared through the Jinjiang operations team. Buyers or their appointed representatives may inspect goods before shipment. Freight, destination terms and timing are confirmed for each order.
