12Shoes coordinates outdoor footwear OEM/ODM sourcing with brands and manufacturing partners in China. The service helps retailers, importers, distributors and buying teams turn a commercial requirement into a sourcing brief that can be reviewed for feasibility.
OEM/ODM sourcing workflow
- Buyer brief: define product type, target market, customer, materials, colour direction, size range, branding, packaging, quantity and destination.
- Feasibility review: sales reviews the request with relevant manufacturing partners and identifies questions or constraints.
- Commercial confirmation: minimum quantity, sampling requirements, pricing, timing and order terms are confirmed before work proceeds.
- Sample and specification approval: the buyer confirms the agreed sample and product details before production.
- Preparation and fulfilment: inspection, shipment coordination or pickup is handled through the Jinjiang operations team according to the confirmed order.
What 12Shoes does not assume
Not every request is feasible, and there is no universal OEM/ODM minimum quantity or lead time. 12Shoes does not present all products as coming from one owned factory. Each request is matched with relevant brands or manufacturing partners and confirmed on its own terms.
Start with a complete brief
The fastest way to receive a useful response is to provide reference images or specifications, expected quantity, destination market and required delivery window.
Send an OEM/ODM sourcing brief to sales.
OEM/ODM sampling terms
12Shoes has its own outdoor-footwear product-development team and coordinates projects with a core network of 11 manufacturing partners, plus smaller specialist partners when appropriate.
Custom OEM/ODM sample development normally costs USD 1,000 and takes approximately 30 days. The corresponding sample fee can be credited against settlement of the confirmed bulk order for that project.
A complete brief should include the target market, category, reference product or design direction, materials, colours, size range, branding, packaging, expected quantity and destination.
